Ever since Google released the source code for the latest version of Android, codenamed Ice Cream Sandwich, people have been wondering when the hacker community would make it run on existing devices. The folks behind CyanogenMod and MIUI have already said that they’re hard at work at making custom ROMs based on Ice Cream Sandwich, but neither of them have delivered anything.
Ice Cream Sandwich I mean Android 4.0 is finally jail broken. Famous Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company Huawei released an official Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for one of its Android smartphones. Now Huawei users owners can now download and install an Android 4.0 ROM that shows some of Google’s latest operating system’s new features.U8860 (Honor) Android4.0 Introduced Some New Features :-
- Pre-Huawei desktop, input method, Newell cloud;
- Using the key combination to achieve the screenshot function (volume down button + power button Hold for 2 seconds);
- Superimposed on the desktop icon automatically form folder;
- The gallery added image editing functions;
- The panoramic camera, the camera continuously scanned images, generate a complete picture;
- Widget resizing function;
- Task Manager, sliding around can delete the current running in the background process;
- The browser supports the same 16 tabs open, and can slide left to switch between the pages.
